A newly renovated ground floor apartment with direct access from the garden area.
Upon entering you will find a very comfortable living room.
Lie down on the sofa to enjoy your favourite series or movie on a Smart TV with Netflix, ASTRA satellite channels and DTT.
Of course you also have free WIFI so you can stay connected at all times.
Large patio doors lead to a cosy little sunny terrace surrounded by plants and with a lovely view of the surrounding gardens and the pool area. It is furnished with high quality outdoor furniture for you to eat outside all year long in the mild Canarian climate.
It is also ideal for sunbathing with the swimming pool being close by.
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen separated from the living room by a large wooden breakfast bar so you can chat with your family or friends while preparing a delicious meal.
It has two bedrooms with 2 single beds each.
The two beds can be easily turn into a large king size bed with a comfortable - just let me know what you prefer.

First time a 'Charco del Palo apartments'. The apartment and the pool area is very comfortable and clean . We spent wonderful time in the area ... even if the weather wasn't very good. Simone is 'always on the job' ... sending plenty of information ... and suggesting what to do if the weather isn't so good ...

As always we have had a wonderful stay here. Simone has updated the apartments and they are very comfortable with everything you need. The apartment and the area around are kept beautifully clean and tidy. It is easy to book with Simone and she sends out plenty of information and the necessary details for arrival and departure. We will be back again. Very good value for money too.
Absolutely fantastic holiday soo relaxing. Weather was amazing. Staff so friendly and helpful. Also the staff on the complex very friendly. Looking forward to going back. Roll on the next holiday.

Wii haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist hervorragend. Die Anlage mit dem Pool ist perfekt und man ist gleich am Meer. 100 Pkt. wir kommen wieder.😍
